Just wanted to say thanks very much to all, I found customer service and dealing with Back to Bed fabulous. The process of purchasing over the phone and having Clayton deliver on time really got me out of a pickle of needing the bed this week. It is all set up and looking stunning – much appreciated. It is such a lovely piece of furniture!!

Just want to say how pleased we were with your service; living in Alice Springs it is often very hard to get something you like locally so when we went online and found your website it was great to not only get a great product but excellent customer service. We had our sofa bed within 2 weeks of talking to you, you sourced a good price for freight and packed it so well there was no chance of damage. I think our local traders could learn a thing or two from you…well done.

I had been suffering on an inner spring mattress for too long – my futon was specially made summer/ winter coconut fibre with latex and wool – No more squeaks – just sleeping on a cloud.

The sofa bed arrived on Friday and we set it up on Saturday – love it. Its beautifully made and feels very comfy.

Firstly, we would like to inform you that having returned home with new mattress and placing it on the bad base we have found it to be super supportive and extremely comfortable, absolutely fantastic.

Just a quick thank you to you and the team at Back to Bed. The Milan sofa bed is as gorgeous in real life as it is “online” and we are thrilled with it.
